About Us 2

Hello, I am Neda. I came to Australia in 2015, in order to escape a very bad situation in my home country of Iran. I came with nothing but my two beautiful children and some dreams.

Since then, I completed a Master of design at UNSW, and then I met Adam, the love of my life. Adam was a merchant ship Captain. With the money he earned from working at sea, Adam also built up a long distance road transport business. Adam had a very bad accident with one of his trailers, and broke his back. While this was a life-changing event, without it we wouldn't have met:) Happily, he has recovered, and now works as a trainer in the maritime industry.

Adam's transport business served rural Australia by concentrating on livestock, hay, and machinery transport. Without these rural communities, Australia would become hungry (in the city we don't eat if farmers don't produce and trucks don't transport). Farmers are arguably the biggest gamblers in the world, and when events out of their control like drought or fire bring them to their knees, this affects us all. Rural Aid supports these families and communities, helping them to get through nature's challenges, and continue putting food on tables right across Australia. For this reason, for every item purchased through this website we will donate $1 to Rural Aid.

I began selling my home-made products at various markets around Sydney, and you can still find me at a market most weekends. I am also trying pop up shops in shopping centres around Sydney lately. Follow me on Instagram,  Facebook, or Twitter to see where I am next:)

All of our products are made with love. When Adam and I met, we agreed that regardless of our financial, physical, or other circumstances, what remains most important of all is love, love, and again love. We hope that our products will bring you as much joy as we get from designing and producing them. Most of all, we hope that you get a sense of the love with which they were made.

Wishing you a beautiful day, with smiles and happiness, and don't forget... love, love, and again, love - Neda and Adam xx
